1. General Information
This website is operated by MAI SpA. Throughout the site, the terms "MAI," "we," "us," "our," and "the company" refer to MAI SpA. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will be effective upon their publication on this website.
2. Site Usage
By using our site, you declare that: you are of legal age according to the legislation of your country or have authorization from a legal representative; you will provide truthful, complete, and updated information when making a purchase; you will not use our site for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties; you will not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the website. MAI SpA may restrict or cancel access to any user who violates these conditions.
3. Products
We strive to represent our products as faithfully as possible. However, due to differences between devices, screen settings, and brightness, colors may show slight variations from the physical product. Each bikini is inspected before being dispatched to ensure it meets our quality standards.
4. Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. Although we keep our inventory updated, discrepancies may occur due to simultaneous sales or system errors. In the event of unavailability after a purchase has been made, MAI may: offer an exchange for another product; issue a credit note; or make a corresponding refund. MAI SpA will not be responsible for damages arising from the unavailability of a product.
5. Prices
All published prices correspond to the current value at the time of purchase and include taxes where required by law. Prices may be modified without prior notice. If, due to a technical, human, or computer error, a product appears with an obviously incorrect price, MAI may cancel the purchase and issue a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions: have a specific validity period; apply only to the indicated products; are not cumulative, unless expressly stated; may be modified or terminated without prior notice. Discount codes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods enabled during the purchase process. All payments are processed through certified and secure platforms. Payment approval depends exclusively on the corresponding financial institution. MAI SpA may cancel orders when there is evidence of presumed fraud, misuse of payment methods, or any suspicious activity.
8. Order Confirmation
Receipt of the confirmation email does not constitute definitive acceptance of the order. The purchase will be considered accepted only when: payment has been approved; stock is available; the order has been prepared for dispatch.
9. Shipping
We offer national and international shipping. The estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to reasons beyond MAI's control, including: high demand; weather conditions; delays by shipping companies; customs processes; strikes; force majeure. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, transit times depend exclusively on the shipping company. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly enter the delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete data, or repeated absence of the recipient, the cost of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
10. International Customs and Taxes
International orders may be subject to taxes, tariffs, or import charges established by the authorities of the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MAI SpA has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
11. Exchanges
As these are intimate garments, we only accept exchanges when: the garment has not been used; it retains its original labels; it maintains the hygienic protector, where applicable; it shows no stains, perfumes, makeup, or sunscreen; it retains its original packaging. The deadline to request an exchange is 10 calendar days from the receipt of the order. All requests will be inspected before approval.
12. Products Not Eligible for Exchange
Products cannot be exchanged when: they show signs of use; they have been washed; they do not retain their labels; they show stains or dirt; they smell of perfume, smoke, or dampness; they have been modified by the customer; they show damage attributable to use.
13. Refunds
Refunds will be evaluated individually. When applicable, they will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless current legislation provides for another modality. Shipping costs will not be refundable, except when the error is exclusively attributable to MAI.
14. Warranty
All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty exclusively covers: manufacturing defects; stitching failures; material defects. It does not cover: natural wear and tear; improper use; damage caused by incorrect washing; damage from contact with abrasive surfaces; discoloration caused by chemicals; damage caused by pools, chlorine, jacuzzis, or prolonged use. MAI SpA reserves the right to inspect each case before approving any warranty claim.
15. Garment Care
To extend the lifespan of your bikini, we recommend: hand washing only; using cold water; not using bleach or whiteners; not using a dryer; drying in the shade; avoiding contact with rough surfaces. Damage caused by improper care will not be considered manufacturing defects.
16. Intellectual Property
All content present on this website, including photographs, videos, designs, logos, texts, illustrations, visual identity, and trade name, is the exclusive property of MAI SpA and is protected by intellectual property legislation. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
17. Use of Images
MAI may use images of its products for commercial and advertising purposes. Photographs shared by customers may only be used with the authorization of the owner or when they have been publicly posted by tagging the brand, always respecting current legislation.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAI SpA will not be responsible for: indirect losses; loss of profit; damages derived from incorrect use of the product; delays attributable to transport companies; force majeure events; temporary website failures. MAI's maximum liability will never exceed the amount actually paid for the purchased product.
19. Site Errors
Involuntary errors may exist related to: prices; promotions; availability; photographs; descriptions; technical information. MAI may correct such errors and cancel affected orders when necessary.
20. Privacy
The information provided by our customers will be treated according to our Privacy Policy and used solely to process orders, improve the shopping experience, and comply with corresponding legal obligations. MAI SpA does not commercialize personal information with third parties.

22. Applicable Legislation
